Baking With Kim – Apple Pie
- Find the cheapest frozen apple pie available at your local supermarket
- Remove it from the box and place it in an oven heated to 180°C for 35-40 minutes
- Remove from oven and admire the fruits of your domestic labour
- Serve doused in cream. Don’t bother to whip it first, it tastes great without whipping. Shake it in the bottle for a bit of extra texture.
- Leave any dishes for your significant other

Hahahaha! You too can be a domestic goddess of 2009! :D
mmm that’s some good baking right there – those photos make me hungry!!
Hahaha. Excellent.
LOL, that actually looks delish…and very Martha Stewart.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and your sweet comments. I hope you don’t mind but I’m linking you as your blog makes me smile…I’ve been married 7 years so as you can clearly see..I don’t play hard to get :)
Why would I mind being linked to? Thanks!
you are a better cook than me! my apartment doesnt have an oven :(
WTF! No oven!? That is the weirdest thing ever. I find it annoying when a hotel room doesn’t have an oven! I can’t imagine not having one in my house.
I love this recipe and shall try it out more often!
The Boy has to do dishes too!? I hope you pay him well :p
LOL!!! Very funny “recipe” blog…

mmmmm…. apple pie! i think that’s the best recipe i’ve ever seen! even better for me, my ‘significant other’ won’t touch apple pie with a ten foot barge pole, so i don’t have to share :D
lol The Boy says cooked apple makes him feel sick but he still ate about a quarter of this pie. Can’t really complain I suppose seeing how I got to eat the rest.
