		<description>I too had problems with NZ Post last year. They lost a package we sent to America over christmas and because we&#039;d followed their cashier&#039;s advice and put down $250 as insurance (I only had a value in US dollars and he couldn&#039;t be bothered to go through the effort to convert it for me) when we went to claim reimbursment for the lost package it turned out to be worth $261NZ, they refused to pay on the grounds we should have brought more insurance and then accused me of LYING to them.

I wrote an official complaint letter to NZ Post, to no avail, and then wrote another letter to the Ombudsman. This worked, and we were reimbursed the full cost of our package and given an apology from NZ Post. Try the Ombudsman (hell, I can&#039;t remember how to spell that) if you&#039;re having trouble - they really were gold.</description>

Am SO with you on the awesome-ness of Woolworths&#039; tagging and the poo-ness of trying to get refunds/repairs and getting anything of use out of NZ Post complaints!

My suggestion for Telecom is go into their store with this printed off and point it out to the manager: http://www.consumer.org.nz/reports/consumer-guarantees-act/the-guarantees

Even highlight the relevant parts. Also, tell them you are quite happy to take your complaint further if necessary. If you point out the above things in a polite, but firm way, normally they will bow under the pressure, know they&#039;ve messed up and bend over backwards to fix it. (This has worked wonders for me in the past).

And if that doesn&#039;t work, let me know and I&#039;ll get my workmates who report on the consumer round for a large metropolitan paper to see what they can do!

Sadly, I have no advice for NZ Post, I never got anywhere with them! Good luck though! xx</description>

I got a Nokia 3120, it&#039;s pretty sweet, got internet access without wifi, a bunch of games, and is just quite nice. Only $200.

:[ This disputes thing is stressing me out. I really don&#039;t want to go in to confront Telecom about it first, I hate talking to random unknowns in person as it is, but when I&#039;m trying to be tough and get them to agree with me forget it! The Boy is refusing to do it for me too. :[</description>

		<description>I hate NZ post - I loathe them...but apparently they are not as bad as the German postal service that my sister has to deal with (the parcel she has sent us has not arrived after nearly 2 months AND she has to resend it because they forgot to put postage on it and were going to make her pay for postage again!)

I just finished Wicked and I loved it - can&#039;t wait to read the rest of the books...</description>
