22 January 2009 – A couple of drinks after work at The Southern Cross. I love the garden bar here so much!

23 January 2009 – Hopscotch on the waterfront.

24 January 2009 -Another of Chickie Little’s summer barbeques – cocktails, fire and inappropriate jokes.

25 January 2009 – Wellington really turned on the weather this weekend, the sun was amazing.

26 January 2009 – I am in love with this house up the road from me. There’s usually a car parked in front so I took the opportunity for a photo while it was gone. The cottage style is adorable and I love the rickety fence.

27 January 2009 – The boy decided to try grow some tomatoes inside but planted the whole packet of seeds in two punnets. We need to cull.

28 January 2009 – I received heaps of packages in the post this week! My Charlie the Unicorn t shirt (which is sadly too big so I need to alter it), lots of charms from tinythingsarecute.com, Hector the ToyVoyager and the sparkly soap that came with him, Darwin fish, and bluetooth headphones that I won. I love getting mail! :D

16 January 2009 – Wellington Anniversary weekend trip to Napier
17 January 2009 – 30% off fairies. Saweet.
18 January 2009 – Ahuriri beach, Napier
19 January 2009 – You can gauge the miniatureness of a miniature horse by comparing it to Chickie Little. This one must be tiny!
20 January 2009 – Revamp!
21 January 2009 – This is my ‘O crap I’ve been inside all day and haven’t taken a picture, what should I take a picture of’ picture. It’s my fary light twigs-or xmas tree-with disco balls and a pink seahorse.

8 January 2009 – Pink marshmallow hearts. Yum
9 January 2009 – More Mt Victoria graffiti in the form of a seashell
10 January 2009 – This is what Wellington looks like from Mt Victoria at 2am on a Saturday morning. Full of bright musical notes (or pi if you’d prefer)
11 January 2009 – When I read that there is an international fairy bread appreciation day I couldn’t let the excuse pass by (not that I need an excuse to eat fairy bread)
12 January 2009 – My trusty 15GB 3rd gen iPod finally died for good and was replaced by this 120GB (111GB in reality) black one. So pretty, so many new features…like colour :D and genius
13 January 2009 – Rainbow suspenders and a bright pink hoop, nuff said
14 January 2009 – A literally flaming dish from the Thai Chef Restaurant. When it came out the flames were still really big
8.01.2009
Well I made it through week 1 of the Project 365 challenge. Pay particular attention to the 4th of January :D
1 January 2009 – The sun sets over Lake Taupo on the first day of 2009
2 January 2009 – Lots of driving today, thankfully the weather was pretty bad most of the way home because the car turned into a sauna when the sun came out. We should have bought a car with aircon!
3 January 2009 – I bought this cuff from the children’s section of Farmers. I love it. I wish they made kids clothes in adult sizes.
4 January 2009 – Ta da! I have a fringe for the first time since I was a young child. My bff Chickie Little is the talented lady behind the cut. I think everyone loves it, so many compliments!
5 January 2009 – These posters are everywhere in Wellington. There are others with Fork and Fast on them too. I have no idea what it means.
6 January 2009 – We went bowling at The Lanes for Chickie Little’s hubby’s birthday. Got some sweet “Ladies Night” deals too despite “Ladies Night” not happening any more because they still had it advertised on their website (and still do now!).
7 January 2009 – “Hoon” sprayed on a pedestrian crossing in Mt Victoria.
