It seems that Hitler is not amused with Zack Snyder’s adaptation of Watchmen. I never read the book so I didn’t know that the ending is supposed to involve a giant squid destroying New York instead of Dr Manhattan being framed.

Hitler knew though. He is not happy!

I’ve been waiting to see this movie ever since I saw the first trailer in September. The graphic novel movie “genre” is my favourite despite not liking the actual graphic novels. I may have hyped it up too much.

The review:
Slow, not enough action, unnecessary sex and flashbacks.
Rorschach, The Comedian, and Dr Manhattan are great strong characters though.
Most visuals are stunning, some gruesome.
Epic but not amazing.

New old music from My Chemical Romance. This is a cover of Bob Dylan’s Desolation Row, done in a punky style for the movie Watchmen coming out in March. I’m just excited to hear them do something new after over 2 years since their last studio release.
